Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. No matter where you're located—whether in a major city or a remote area—we’ll do our best to get your order to you. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed only if the product doesn’t fit correctly or arrives damaged. Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size and requested within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to start an exchange. How do I start a return or exchange?
To start an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange, along with photos if the item arrived damaged. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange for the same product in the correct size or replacement as soon as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I know if the product will fit me?

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress until it arrives.
